a way I did it

Hey,

I recently did a music video incorporating the same process... But I got a bit of help by getting the operator to whip off and on to the subject each time. But when I needed to whip entirely digital it meant I had to match his whips and over shooting the mark a wee bit etc.

The result is here under "names in the Sand"

Once again Carl, cheers for great tutes!

Well, I guess it just goes to show you that no matter how many tutorials we put out, there's still territory to be covered.

Thanks for the comment.

Carl,

Awesome tutorial. It's really funny - I just finished a project where I was looking for a way to accomplish this sort of effect...2 days after finishing the project this tutorial pops up! hah...go figure.
