Podcast Guy ---Creating a Run Cycle in After Effects Part 2

In the second part of this two part tutorial on creating a basic run cycle (or walk cycle) in After Effects, Andrew Devis continues where he left off in the first tutorial.

This he does by showing how to use a simple expression to save a great deal of time and effort when key-framing you characters. Andrew demonstrates how this saves time and allows for easy and pain free adjustments of the keyframes. Andrew then goes on to show how to animate the running character to give the illusion that it is actually running through your scene in various ways.
