Fixed effects are the basis of all animation in Premiere Pro. In this tutorial, Andrew Devis starts to introduce these fixed effects which include Position, Scale, Rotation, Opacity and Anchor Point (as well as Anti-Flicker).
Andrew explains how to use each of these controls using a previously created title of an arrow. In a future tutorial, Andrew will show how to animate each of these properties in Premiere Pro.
