---Premiere Pro Basics CS6: 18 Tools Part 3: Rate Stretch Tool

In this tutorial, Andrew Devis demonstrates the 'Rate Stretch' tool as well as showing how to see if you are dropping any frames on your playback and how to turn on loop for your playback.

The 'Rate Stretch' tool is a great way of fitting clips into your timeline that may be slightly too long or slightly too short for the gap you have for them. This tool will speed-up or slow-down the clip while not loosing any of the footage you include and can be used for speed changing effects.
